About NOZAMA™ Network
NOZAMA™ Network is an anonymous, community-driven e-commerce platform that connects buyers and sellers through a trusted referral system. We operate as a marketplace facilitator, enabling transactions between independent parties while protecting user privacy.

Privacy First: No PII Collection
NOZAMA™ Network operates on a strict zero personally identifiable information (PII) policy:
- •We do NOT collect: Real names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or any identifying information
- •Anonymous accounts: Users create accounts with affiliate IDs only
- •No tracking: We do not track, profile, or build dossiers on users
- •Community verification: Trust is built through the referral network, not invasive data collection
- •Payment coordination: Arranged through anonymous communication channels using tokens
- •Shipping coordination: Arranged through anonymous communication channels using tokens
Your privacy is absolute within NOZAMA™. We cannot share that which we never collect.
Payment Methods
NOZAMA™ Network accepts only two payment methods to maintain anonymity and security:
1. Cash in Advance (CIA)
- •Full payment required before order processing
- •Payment confirmed through the platform
- •Order ships once payment is verified
- •In the event of cancellation, 10% of payment made will be deducted from refund as a restocking fee
- •All sales final upon shipment
2. Layaway
- •Initial payment: 20% down payment + $20 setup fee
- •Payment schedule: Pay anytime before 360 days from order date
- •No interest: Pay only the product price plus setup fee
- •Completion: Product ships when final payment is made
- •Cancellation: Upon cancellation, setup fee and 10% of payments made will be deducted from refund as a restocking fee
- •Default: Order will be cancelled automatically 360 calendar days from order date
- •All sales final upon shipment
Product Warranties
All product warranties are established and serviced exclusively by the product supplier or manufacturer.
- •Warranty provider: Product suppliers and manufacturers establish all warranty terms and conditions
- •Warranty service: All warranty claims, repairs, and replacements must be directed to the product supplier or manufacturer
- •NOZAMA™ role: NOZAMA™ Network is not a party to any warranty agreements and does not provide warranty services
- •Warranty information: Warranty details are provided by the supplier and included with the product
- •No additional warranties: NOZAMA™ makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those provided by the supplier
Referral Program
Our Community Trust Network includes a 10% referral bonus program:
- •Referrers earn: 10% commission on qualifying purchases by referred customers
- •Referred customers receive: 10% discount on their purchase
- •Tracking: Referrals tracked through anonymous user IDs only
- •Payments: Commissions paid once order is shipped
- •Prohibition: No spam, deceptive practices, or misrepresentation allowed
Terms and Conditions
1. Account Creation and Use
- •Users must create an account with a unique affiliate ID to use the platform
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- •One account per person; multiple accounts may result in suspension
- •Accounts are anonymous and cannot be linked to real identities by us
- •Account termination may occur for violations of these terms
2. Orders and Transactions
- •NOZAMA™ is a merchant model. Affiliates are Independent customers of NOZAMA™
- •Orders are binding once shipment is authorized
- •Products carried and prices are determined by NOZAMA™ alone
- •You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges
3. Shipping and Delivery
- •Shipping coordinates arranged through anonymous platform messaging
- •Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- •Risk of loss passes to buyer upon shipment
- •Shipping addresses provided through secure, anonymous channels

NOZAMA™ Network operates in compliance with applicable laws:

- •Anti-fraud and financial crime prevention
